The company operates as five divisions:

Waterproofing

 We design and install for New Build and Remedial and are approved installers of most manufacturer's waterproofing systems. We investigate leaks and specify and carry out remedial repairs.

Maclennan are experts at many forms of structural repairs including Masonry repairs and Timber repairs. From Helifix system installation to a simple bower beam installation we can cater for nearly every mode of building failure in every type of construction.

Building Preservation / Conservation

Maclennan Surveyors are qualified at the institute of wood science as certified surveyors of timber treatments. We do not employ salesmen just very experienced and fully qualified surveyors.
Maclennan carry out full and in depth damp and timber surveys and provide reports on defects and where necessary a full specification and program for remedial work.

The systems are quick to install in roofs, walls, on floors, and behind timber framing. It is seamless, draught proof, with no waste , no site storage required, easy to detail. Full inspections by qualified surveyors including Thermal imaging surveys where required.
