Ian has been in the waterproofing industry for 25 years and is a consultant and designer for insurance companies, MoD, Network Rail, and a great number of architects and engineers. The Maclennan team design, install and guarantee waterproofing systems for new build basements, basement conversions, car parks, podium decks and basements suffering from flooding and leaking, often as a result of failed waterproofing systems. Ian will explain and demonstrate some of the latest techniques for waterproofing structures, including repairs of leaking joints, decks and roofs, as well as the latest innovations and startling examples of the use of cavity drain membranes.
