MacLennan take over full responsibility and liability for the basement waterproofing design. This is backed by specific waterproofing professional indemnity insurance.

MacLennan  then supply and install the deck and basement waterproofing so there is no split responsibility this is backed by our full products insurance. This is not available to most waterproofing contractors to give.

This is supported by a GPI insurance but you should never rely on the GPI insurance alone. It is the products insurance that gives you the protection you need.

The waterproofing system is then serviced and maintained by our NICEIC qualified technicians

All of this service is protected by our FSA regulated insurance. We are one of the very few who can offer this level of protection.

We train all staff in-house and do not use sub-contractors for basement waterproofing.
